communities, forums, social media accounts, customer
support systems, and any content, features, information,
updates, patches, Virtual Items, and value-added services
provided to you through these carriers.
1.2.
"You" or "User": Refers to any individual who accesses,
browses, registers for, downloads, installs, logs into, or
otherwise directly or indirectly uses the services we
provide.
1.3. "Account": Refers to the
personal credential you create through our registration
process to fully experience our Services. This account
serves as your unique identity in our digital world,
recording your game progress, virtual assets, and
community activities.
1.4. "Virtual Items":
Refers to the non-physical, digital items we provide
within our Services, designed to enhance your
entertainment experience. This may include, but is not not
limited to, in-game virtual points, items, character
skins, decorations, special privileges, level passes, or

that these Virtual Items are, in essence, a limited,
personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive

1.5. "User-Generated Content (UGC)":

logs within the game, posts, comments, images, videos,
game guides published in forums or communities, character
nicknames, personal signatures, and all other content that
is original to you or for which you have lawful
authorization.

person for registration may result in the suspension or
permanent termination of your Account.
(b)
Secure Custody: Your Account credentials (including
username, password, two-factor authentication information,
etc.) are the keys to your digital world, and the
responsibility for their confidentiality rests entirely
with you. You are fully responsible for all activities
that occur under your Account (whether or not authorized
by you). We strongly recommend that you set a
high-strength, complex password and change it regularly.
(c) Security Breaches: If you discover or
suspect that your Account has been used without
authorization or that any security breach has occurred,
you must immediately notify us via
[email protected]. We will take reasonable measures
to assist you, but we shall not be liable for any loss
resulting from your failure to properly secure your
account information or to notify us in a timely manner.
(d) Account Uniqueness and
Non-Transferability: Under normal circumstances, your
Account is created exclusively for you and may not be
transferred to any third party in any way (including but
not limited to sale, rent, loan, gift, inheritance, or
sharing). Any such attempt is void and may result in the
immediate termination of the Account.
Our digital world is a shared community, and the words and
actions of every user directly affect the gaming
experience of others. To maintain a positive, friendly,
and respectful environment, you agree to strictly adhere
to the following code of conduct when using our Services:
3.1. The Art of Respect and Communication
We encourage friendly communication but will
not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or
hate speech. You agree that you will not post,
disseminate, or engage in communication involving any of
the following:
(a) Insulting, defamatory,
threatening, intimidating, or harassing any other user,
community member, or our employees.
(b)
Discriminatory or hateful speech based on race, ethnicity,
nationality, religious belief, gender, sexual orientation,
age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
(c) Obscene, pornographic, violent, gory, or
any content that may cause severe discomfort to others.
(d) Content that infringes upon the privacy
rights of others, such as disclosing personal information
without authorization.
(e) Any form of fraud,
misleading information, or spam.
3.2. Fair
Play and Sportsmanship
We are committed to
providing a fair competitive environment where the joy of
victory stems from skill and strategy, not from unfair
means. You agree that you will not:
(a) Engage
in any form of "cheating," including but not not limited
to using unauthorized third-party software, plugins,
scripts, bots, hacks, or any other tools designed to
modify the game experience, automate gameplay, or provide
an unfair advantage.
(b) Exploit any
unforeseen flaws, bugs, glitches, or errors in the game
design to gain an unfair advantage for yourself or others.
If you discover any such issues, we encourage you, in the
spirit of the community, to report them to us through
official channels.
(c) Engage in "griefing,"
which is maliciously disrupting another's game experience,
such as intentionally obstructing teammates using game
mechanics, spamming the chat, engaging in passive play, or
any other behavior designed to interfere with or disrupt
the normal flow of the game.
(d) Impersonate
employees ofEASE LIFE LIMITED, community administrators,
or any other official representatives in any way to
mislead or deceive other users.
3.3. Account
and Identity Authenticity
(a) You shall not
create or use a username or character name that is
offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or infringes on the
rights of third parties (such as trademarks).
(b) You shall not use an account not created
by you, whether through sharing, trading, or theft.
We reserve the right to take appropriate
measures against users who violate the above code of
conduct, including but not limited to issuing warnings,
imposing temporary or permanent mutes, temporarily
suspending accounts, permanently terminating accounts, and
removing all Virtual Items obtained through violations.
The specific measures will be determined based on the
severity and frequency of the violation, and we shall bear
no liability for such actions.
Our Services are built upon complex software technology,
and their integrity and security are the cornerstones of
our operation. To protect our intellectual property and
the common interests of all users, you agree to never
engage in any of the following acts aimed at undermining
the technical integrity of our Services:
4.1. Prohibition of Reverse Engineering and
Code Tampering: You shall not decompile, disassemble,
reverse engineer, or sniff data packets of any of our game
software, server-side programs, or network protocols, or
attempt in any way to derive their source code or
underlying structure.
4.2. Prohibition of
Attacks and Network Disruption: You shall not launch any
form of network attack against our servers, network
equipment, or systems, including but not limited to
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, injecting
malicious code, or disseminating viruses or trojans.
4.3. Prohibition of Data Tampering and Private
Servers: You shall not modify or forge any data generated
during the operation of our Services, nor shall you set
up, operate, or emulate our Services (i.e., "private
servers"), or provide such services to others.
4.4. Prohibition of Unauthorized Connections:
You shall not use any third-party software or hardware not
expressly authorized by us in writing to connect to our
Services, or to intercept, emulate, or redirect the
communication protocols we use.
Any violation
of the provisions in this chapter is not only a serious
breach of these Terms but may also violate relevant laws
and regulations. We will reserve all legal rights of
recourse and may cooperate with law enforcement agencies
to prosecute violators.
We may offer a range of Virtual Items and value-added
services within our Services to enrich your entertainment
experience. Regarding these services, you need to
understand and agree to the following points:
5.1. License, Not Ownership: When you
"acquire" or "purchase" Virtual Items through our
designated channels, you do not gain ownership of those
Virtual Items. What you acquire is a personal, limited,
non-transferable, revocable license to use that Virtual
Item within our Services for personal entertainment
purposes, according to the rules we set.
5.2.
No Real-World Value: All Virtual Items exist only within
our service environment. They have no real-world value,
cannot be exchanged for any legal tender, real goods, or
services, and may not be traded in any form outside of our
service platform. Any attempt to "monetize" Virtual Items
or conduct offline transactions is strictly prohibited and
may result in the immediate termination of your Account.
5.3. Pricing and Acquisition: We reserve the
right, at our sole discretion, to set and modify the
acquisition methods, prices, and exchange rates for
Virtual Items at any time, without prior notice.
5.4. Right of Management and Variability: For
the purpose of optimizing game balance, improving the
Service, or for any commercial or technical reason, we
reserve the right to manage, control, modify, substitute,
suspend, or eliminate any or all Virtual Items at any
time, without any liability to you. For example, we may
adjust the attributes of an item in a game update or
remove all Virtual Items at the end of a service's
lifecycle.
5.5. No Refund Policy: Given the
digital and instantly consumable nature of Virtual Items,
all fees you pay to acquire the license for Virtual Items
are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise mandatorily
required by applicable, non-excludable law.
5.6. Consequences of Account Termination: If
your Account is terminated for any reason (whether
initiated by you or by us due to your violation), the
license for all associated Virtual Items in your account
will immediately expire, and you will not receive any form
of compensation.
6.1. Our Intellectual Property: Our Services, including
but not limited to all game software (source and object
code), artwork, graphics, characters, character names,
storylines, dialogue, music, sound effects, trademarks,
logos, user interfaces, visual designs, and all related
documentation and materials, and all ownership,
copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, and all other
intellectual property rights and related interests
therein, are owned byEASE LIFE LIMITED or its licensors.
The limited license granted to you by these Terms in no
way constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property.
Without our prior written consent, you may not copy,
modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative
works based on our Services in any way.
6.2. Your User-Generated Content (UGC)
(a) Your Rights: You retain the original
intellectual property rights to your original UGC. We do
not claim ownership of your original ideas.
(b) The License You Grant Us: However, to
enable us to operate and promote our Services, when you
create, upload, or share any UGC in or through our
Services, you grantEASE LIFE LIMITED a worldwide,
perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive,
sublicensable right and license. This license allows us to
use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt (e.g., to
adjust formats for different devices or platforms), create
derivative works from, publicly perform, publicly display,
distribute, and publish your UGC, solely for the purposes
of operating, providing, improving, and promoting our
Services and developing new ones.
(c) Your
Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own all
necessary rights (or have obtained all necessary licenses)
to any UGC you submit to grant us the license described
above, and that your UGC does not infringe upon any third
party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights,
rights of publicity, or any other legal rights.
(d) Our Rights: We are under no obligation to
display or use any UGC and reserve the right (but not the
obligation) to screen, monitor, edit, refuse, or remove
any UGC at our sole discretion at any time, especially
when we believe it violates these Terms or may cause legal
disputes.
7.1. Service Interruption and Suspension
We strive to provide stable and reliable
Services but cannot guarantee that they will be flawless
or uninterrupted at all times. You understand and agree
that we may, without prior notice, temporarily interrupt
or suspend part or all of the Services for the following
reasons:
(a) To perform scheduled system
maintenance, server upgrades, or emergency repairs.
(b) The occurrence of a force majeure event,
such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks,
government actions, cyber-attacks, or power or
communication disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
(c) For security reasons, or when we have
reason to believe that potential fraudulent or illegal
activities exist.
For service interruptions
caused by the above reasons, we will make commercially
reasonable efforts to restore them as soon as possible but
shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss this may
cause you.
7.2. Service Modification and
Evolution
Our Services are dynamic and
evolving. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to
modify, update, add, reduce, or replace any features,
content, or design elements of the Services at any time.
This may include, but is not limited to, updating game
versions, adjusting game balance, adding or removing
Virtual Items, or changing the user interface. We have no
obligation to maintain any older version of the Services
or features.
7.3. Termination Initiated by You
You have the right to stop using our Services
and terminate your Account at any time through the account
cancellation process we provide.
7.4.
Termination Initiated by Us
We reserve the
right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently
terminate your Account and all your access to our Services
without prior notice under the following circumstances:
(a) You have seriously breached any provision
of these Terms, especially the clauses in Chapter 3
(Community Code of Conduct) and Chapter 4 (Technical
Integrity).
(b) You have provided false
registration information or engaged in any fraudulent or
illegal activities.
(c) Your Account has been
inactive for a prolonged period (the specific duration to
be determined by us based on operational needs).
(d) As required by law, regulation, or at the
direction of law enforcement.
(e) For any
business reason, we decide to cease operating a particular
service or the entire platform.
7.5. Effect of
Termination
The termination of these Terms,
regardless of the reason, will cause all licenses granted
to you to immediately expire. You will lose access to your
Account and all data within it (including game progress
and Virtual Items). Provisions of these Terms that by
their nature should survive termination (such as
intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of
liability, dispute resolution, etc.) will continue to
remain in effect.
8.1. "AS IS" Basis
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND
"AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW,EASE LIFE LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES,
PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND EMPLOYEES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR
REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR
STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY,
SECURITY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR
ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR
OWN RISK.
8.2. No Liability for Indirect
Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL EASE LIFE LIMITED OR
ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM
OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR
SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF
PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE
HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8.3. Limitation of Liability
TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL
AGGREGATE LIABILITY OFEASE LIFE LIMITED TO YOU FOR ANY AND
ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR
OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORUM AND REGARDLESS OF
THE LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR
OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL
AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN THE
SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE
TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (OR ITS
EQUIVALENT IN A UNIVERSAL UNIT OF MEASURE). THIS
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE
BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND US.
We hope a dispute never arises between you and us, but if
one does, we want to resolve it in an efficient and
neutral manner.
9.1. Informal Negotiation
Before
initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first
attempt to negotiate any dispute informally by sending an
email to [email protected]. Please describe your
claim in detail and provide your account information for
verification. We will endeavor to communicate with you to
resolve the matter within a reasonable period after
receiving your email. Most disputes can be resolved in
this manner.
9.2. Binding Arbitration
If informal negotiations do not resolve the
dispute within sixty (60) days, both you andEASE LIFE
LIMITED agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy
arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services
shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding
arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall
be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in accordance
with recognized international commercial arbitration
rules. The location, language, and specific procedures of
the arbitration shall be determined by mutual agreement
or, failing that, by the arbitral institution based on
neutral principles.
9.3. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND EASE LIFE LIMITED AGREE THAT ANY
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON
AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR
REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO
FILE OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OF ANY KIND. The
arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's
claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a
representative or class proceeding.
10.1. Updates to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion,
to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time due to
business developments, legal changes, or any other reason.
We will notify you of any material changes before they
take effect through reasonable means, such as by posting a
notice on our official website, sending an email, or via
an in-game announcement. The updated Terms will become
effective upon posting or on the date specified in the
notice. If you continue to use our Services after the
changes become effective, you are signifying your
acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised
Terms.
10.2. Severability
If any
part of these Terms is found to be invalid or
unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent
jurisdiction, that part will be deemed severed from these
Terms, and the remaining parts will continue in full force
and effect.
10.3. No Waiver
Our
failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of
these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or
provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us

You may not assign or transfer any of your

relevant rules or guidelines we may publish, constitute

regarding our Services and supersede any prior oral or
